Covid19 Grooming Policy

These are our guidelines in order to provide a safe environment for you and us.

Due to the current Covid19 pandemic the way in which I work and groom your dogs has changed dramatically. Whilst I will be adhering to the strictest guidelines to reduce the spread of the disease. It must be clearly understood that clients wishing to have their dogs groomed at this time do so at their own risk and must agree to the terms and conditions.

Anybody self-isolating, classed as vulnerable or showing any symptoms MUST NOT under any circumstances attend a grooming appointment.

Before Arriving

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know ASAP in order for this to be filled by someone else urgently waiting for an appointment.

  • Please be on time to drop off and collect your dogs, this allows time to fully disinfect the pod and equipment in-between customers and reduces contact with others. Any customers more than 15min late will forfeit the appointment due to time constraints and will need to re-book.

  • Fleas: DO NOT bring your dog if they have fleas as this is an additional risk. If they are present then we will need to refuse the service and send them home.

  • Only one person per dog to drop off and collect their dogs.

On Arrival

  • On arrival please message me so that I know you have arrived, and I will come and meet you.

  • A 2 meter distance will be observed at all times between us both.

  • Customers are now responsible for safely securing their own dogs when dropping off on the hook system in the front garden next to the gate all leads must be removed and taken home.

  • Hand sanitizer is provided for customers to use, please use this.

  • If your dog wears a collar and harness please can you only leave one of these items on your dog. Collars left on dogs may be damp on collection as I have disinfected them.


  • Your dogs will then be bathed immediately and groomed after.

  • If your dog hasn't been brushed regularly than the coat length may need to go shorter if the condition is matted, we will speak to you in advance.


  • No cash to be taken at this time, I will send a secure online payment link which can be paid before collection.
